I can’t even begin to express how life-changing my mommy makeover at Aria cosmetic surgery has been for me. Dr. Porshinsky is absolutely amazing. Edit: The manager offered me another massage and genuinely wanted to improve the service and their communication what went wrong. I appreciate their care and effort to make things right. I had my buccal fat removal surgery at this clinic. The surgeon is patient, skillful, and listens carefully to all my concerns, which I really appreciated. The staff and consultants are also very friendly and welcoming when you visit in person. But there are some red flags to be aware of. I was disappointed with their communication throughout. Scheduling required multiple calls with no follow-up ans promised. After paying my deposit, I asked for confirmation time two days ahead, but they only called the evening before surgery. When I called back, no one answered, and I called the next morning as I feel worried since it’s my surgery day but there were no pre-op details or preparations. On surgery day, things were disorganized with last-minute rescheduling and unclear timing. I received my prescription only on surgery day, and it wasn’t ready by my surgery time, which was frustrating and showed poor planning. Staff gave conflicting information, post-op instructions were only given after I asked, and email responses were poor like non-responsive at all. This lack of clear, timely communication felt unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress. I booked massage session for post-op swelling. The nurse was kind, but my session was cut to less than 10 minutes because I was 5 minutes late, even though the full session is supposed to be at least 30 minutes. Worst of all, I didn’t get the right massage for my buccal fat removal—the massage focused on my neck/jawline, not my cheeks. When I asked, they said I would have to pay for another session to get the correct treatment. I found out later that the nurses even confused my procedure with chin liposuction due to their poor communication. Thanks god I bought a device for that so I ended up relying on my own massager and ice packs, which helped reduce swelling dramatically. I don’t recommend their massage service. It’s not worth the cost, especially after receiving the wrong treatment and significantly shortened session time. It wasn’t helpful for my recovery. Overall, while the surgical skill and in-person care is good, this clinic seriously needs to improve their communication and organizational processes. A customer knows if they are satisfied or not. I’m sorry, but I can’t give a false rating—my experience reflects my honest opinion. I hope my healing and results turn out well, and I will update my review after that.

The team I had here was freaking amazing the lady that put me to sleep was super sweet the sweet man that brought me a warm blanket right before I fell asleep was the last thing I remember before the ladies that helped me after my ba they were angels sent from heaven. I was hesitant to have cosmetic surgery with a surgeon with few reviews. But the price was right so I decided there was no way a surgeon could make my breasts look worse than they were. And if a BA didn’t look good, they would be hidden behind my shirts. Just hoped to “fill a bra”. NOW…. all I want to do is show them off! I am 4 weeks post op from a BA and BL and I’m healing perfectly. I drove 4.5 hours to have surgery with Dr P and would do it again. He was professional and friendly. Was a very clean office and surgical center. In my 30’s and 40s I had nothing more than some hanging skin on my chest. Wore padded push up bras my entire life. Thanks to Dr P, at 59 years old , I’m now perky and look and feel younger; even braless. I wanted an upper pole look yet be proportioned for my body size. Looking forward to the coming months to see them dropped and fluffed for my final look. If I figure out how - I will add photos of my before and after. My positive experience has been a gateway to all the other little surgical tweaks I have on my wish list now. I would trust him with another surgery.

Dr. Porshinsky takes so many more precautions than other plastic surgeon’s I have heard of. I was able to enter this elective surgery with little to no worry even though I have type-2 diabetes. The office staff seemed to know me so personally by the time my surgery day came. Another doctor informed me I was in good hands with Dr. Porshinsky being such a skilled surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Porshinsky and his team. I had a tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation and lipo with skin tightening in the arms and legs. The surgery was about 7-7.5 hrs, I remember as I was being wheeled out to the car to meet my husband, Dr Porshinsky met us outside to talk to my husband and let him know how everything went. I was very impressed with this since it was about 730-745 in the evening and he could have had one of his staff members come talk to my husband. It was very personal and demonstrated sincere care for his patients. He gave us his cell in the event we had any complications throughout the night. The time leading up to the surgery, anytime I called with questions or concerns the front desk staff was so sweet and made sure to take care of any and all my needs. The lymphatic massage therapist is amazing she has the best personality, very upbeat and so pleasant to be around. She is gentle and professional, I was not uncomfortable at all during any of my massages. The nursing staff and anesthesiologist were so sweet and caring the day of surgery explaining everything and just taking the time to make sure I was comfortable. I am beyond pleased with my results. I was worried about my belly button looking weird but I just love it, it looks natural and very cute. My tummy tuck scar is low and very thin and straight, it’s healing nicely. He listened to my concerns and created the perfect plan to achieve my desired results. I'm 42 I have 5 kids my youngest 2 are twins. I also had c sections with all my pregnancies. My stomach was a mess!! The majority of my 1st surgery went well except for one area of my body. Dr. Porshinski was willing to listen to my concern and fix that area! Nurses are very kind and friendly. All around great staff.

He so kindly helped me remove the seroma and has checked on my recovery! My experience with Aria Cosmetic Surgery has been Top Tier! I am currently 2 wk PO & Dr. Porshinsky & all the staff are wonderful. I was nervous & had so many concerns but everyone there was so helpful, knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns, answered every question & eased my mind. Trust me, I had a million questions & never once did they act as if they were too busy to answer them. Amy who is one of the nurses actually had over 30 minute conversations w/ me twice answering my questions & explaining everything to me. One of the other nurses Aliescha was so helpful & knowledgeable. She explained the recovery process recommended products to help assist with recovery & every question I had she'd call or email me back with the answer. All of the staff are excellent from Karla the surgical coordinator who assisted me, to the receptionist, all the nurses, everyone. Everyone there was so eager to help. I haven't experienced that level of patient service & care in a long time. I traveled to their office & used their care giver service because I stayed overnight & I definitely recommend using that if you need a caregiver. I wouldn't have made it my first night without Chelsea. She was so sweet, patient, & kind. Their office set up everything for me as far as the caregiver & times they'd come. They offer several different packages and I definitely recommend using that service! Dr. Porshinsky was wonderful. He listened to my concerns & what I was trying to achieve. He took his time to go over everything with me and has continued to be there during my recovery. I just can't say enough nice things about Dr. Porshinsky & all the staff at Aria. For sure 10/10!
